REMINDERS
Uniform – Now that we are moving into the cooler months please ensure students are wearing our Winter uniform. If you are missing a jumper or jacket we have many in our lost property box located in the main building. Pants/leggings should also be blue not black. Please touch base with the office if you need assistance with uniform requirements.
Disabled parking bay – please ensure that our Disabled parking bay is utilised by those who hold a valid permit. This space is not a pickup/drop off zone.
Teacher absences – We have been hit with a bout of sickness within our staff at the moment. With the teacher shortage across the state you may find that your child’s grade may be split across the remainder of the cohort or Junior/Senior school.
The benefit of a split grade is that for that day
your child is taught by a staff member of EPS that knows our teaching approaches and is a familiar face to your child.
MND Big Freeze
Our MND Big Freeze event will take place on Tuesday 18th of June (Week 10).
The event kicks off at 2.45pm and we welcome you all onsite to come and enjoy the festivities.
A BBQ will also be put on by our EPS Community subcommitte – pre order on the Qkr ! app

BULLY ZERO PARENT EVENING
On Wednesday night our school hosted Kosta Constantinou from Bully Zero for a session based on Bullying prevention with a focus on Cyber Bullying. Kosta came with a wealth of knowledge and experience as a therapist and councellor and father of teenage boys. The presentation titled It takes a Village provided those parents and carers in atttendance with an understanding of what to be on the lookout for when your child engages with technology, and different strategies to implement in the home. Our EPS Families subcommitte will meet to discuss how we can best collate and distribute this information out to you all.
