Principal Weekly Update - Term 4 Week 8

YEAR 6 MARKET STALLS

There was a wonderful buzz of excitment in the air yesterday as all of our grades attended the market stalls. The Year 6 students offered a range of sweet treats, games, trinkets and even put on a BBQ!

All money raised is going towards the OZ Child Giving Tree initiative. Thank you to Ms Haines and Mr Murphy for all of their organsiation.

EPS F -2 MiNI ATHLETICS

Congratulations to all our our F – 2 students for their successful participation in the Mini Aths event today! Great determination was shown and lots of fun was had. A massive thank you to Ms McGloin for all of her organisation, to our teachers and the amazing student leaders from Yrs 5 and 6 for running the events.

CHRISTMAS CONCERT

Our Christmas concert is fast approaching on Thursday, the 5th of December, and we’re all getting excited! The event will take place on the school oval, starting at 3:45 PM.

• What to Bring: Please ensure your child has their Christmas concert outfit packed in their school bag on the day. Students will get changed into their concert clothes before 3:30 PM.
• Pick-Up and Arrival: Students will be dismissed from their classrooms at the usual time of 3:30 PM. Parents can then collect them and bring them straight over to the oval for the start of the concert at 3:45 PM.

• Mon 2/12 – Year 6 Kinect 2 Dance, Yr 4 and 5 Student Leadership Interviews for shortlisted applicants
• Tue 3/12 – Yr 4 and 5 Student Leadership Interviews for shortlisted applicants
• Wed 4/12 – Year 4 and 5 Nippers, Student Leadership Interviews for shortlisted applicants
• Thu 5/12 – Year 6 Nippers, Christmas Concert
• Fri 6/12 – Senior assembly 2.50pm, House Cup winner announcement for whole school at 3.10

2024 HOUSE CUP WINNER

After Senior Assembly next Friday (6th Dec) the Junior school will be joining us out on the basketball court at 3.10pm to announce the winner of the House Cup. The winning house will get to wear their house colours proudly on Monday the 9th.
