FOUNDATION 100 DAYS – Congratulations to our Foundation students for reaching 100 days of primary schooling. This cohort has been an excellent addition to EPS! They work very hard and are a kind and happy bunch! We are all very proud of the learning achieved and the growth made over this period. Also, a thank you to our amazing Foundation teachers for all of their expertise in guiding our future leaders. Thank you, Maddi, Amy, Verona and team leader Rachael.
YEAR 5 CAMP – This week our Year 5s attended camp at Phillip Island Adventure Resort from Monday through to Wednesday. I also attended the camp from Tuesday onwards and it was fantastic to see our students representing our school with a strong display of our values. The students showed each other respect when navigating the challenges and tasks. Each student showed determination to tackle the more difficult activities including the flying fox and giant swing. The kindness to support others throughout the process was very evident. Apart from the rain on the first day, the group experienced some lovely sunshine and beautiful sunrises. A walk along the boardwalk at the Nobbies and lunch at the Cowes foreshore was a group highlight! Thank you to Mr McMaster and Jane Gray for all of their organisation and to our Yr 5 teachers Mr McMaster, Mr Howes, Ms Humble and Bec Landers (ES) for their hard work and care. A massive thank you to our parent volunteers too!
