Principal Weekly Update

Welcome to Term 4
We have had a great start to the term with our Foundation students already attending an excursion to Moonlit Sanctuary and a group of our Senior students representing EPS at the Division Athletics today! As always, it is a jam- packed term full of learning and experiences. Please be sure to read the Termly Update outline what is happening across the school.
Some general reminders:
BIKES AND SCOOTERS – now that the weather is getting warmer it is fantastic to see so many families now choosing to ride/scoot to school. Please be mindful that once you are on school property please walk bikes and scooters. Also helments are compulsory. Bikes left overnight are not secured so please make sure all bikes are collected or please let the office know so we can make arrangements.
2025 SCHOOL UNIFORM
This is an early reminder that this is the final term that our old uniform with the old logo can be worn at school. From 2025 the new uniform is required for all students. Our Yr 6 students will have their special t.shirt and jersey, with this information recently communicated to parents. The upcoming School Savings Bonus can be directed towards uniform.
SUNSMART REMINDER
Hats are back!
Students now need hats and sunscreen for the remainder of the school year.
SENIOR SWIMMING REMINDER
Years 3 -6 swimming
begins Week 3. Please make sure consent, payment (via Compass) and all necessary forms including medical forms are completed asap.
WEEK 2
- Tue 15/10 – 2025 Foundation transition, Lunchtime Yard Duty Emergency DRILL
- Wed 16/10 – Foundation transition
- Fri 18/10 – Junior Assembly
School Savings Bonus
Parents and carers of children who meet the School Saving Bonus eligibility are required to do the following by Friday 18 October 2024:
- Complete enrolment
If your child, or children are changing government school for Term 1 2025, or starting Prep or Year 7 in 2025, please complete enrolment. - Check your contact information
